Expand your laptop’s Hard drive Storage !! Learn How to install 2nd HDD in your laptop. In this video I installed a SSD as a primary drive and adding HDD as secondary drive to store data on it. Generally all laptop have only one Hard Drive slot , there is not any space for an another HDD. To do this you will need a 2nd Hard Drive Caddy, which allow to add one more HDD in a laptop instead of DVD Rom.
The 2nd Hard Drive Caddy comes in different sizes (millimeters) before ordering measure your dvd rom with a scale. In my case i have a Lenovo G50-70 Laptop which dvd rom’s size is 9 millimeters. Different laptops have different sizes make sure before order.
